When purchasing a vehicle out of state you don't pay sales tax based on the state the dealership is located in, but rather the sales tax for the state in which you register the vehicle. In certain circumstances we may be required to collect our local sales tax amount and have the difference settled at your local DMV - either by reimbursing you (if our state tax was higher) or by collecting the difference from you (if our state tax is lower than your home state). Vehicle Smog & Emissions Laws

Different states have different laws regarding vehicle smog and emissions testing. The state of Florida does not require auto emissions testing, but your home state may. If you purchase a vehicle from us, you may need to bring it in for smog / emissions testing at your local DMV before it can be registered.
